Casey and the team at American Home Concepts did an amazing job on our new front door. Casey was professional, courteous, and honest when quoting our project (especially compared to other, larger companies that we had come by to quote). The installation took one day and looks absolutely stunning. We are looking forward to working with American Home Concepts on future projects.
We have received various flyers in the past from American Home Concepts, Inc. and I would always throw it away, but this time I decided to peruse the flyer and saw that they could replace my old metal awning on my porch. I knew nothing about the company, but decided to go for it. I am so happy with the decision. I called and left a voice message, Richard called me back and scheduled a date and time to meet. Richard and his team were great to work with. They even removed the old awning and hauled it away. My husband and I picked out the color and style, and we could not be more pleased with the quality and service we received. Our house looks amazing. We are both so impressed andsatisfied with the results. I can't wait to get started on more home renovations with this company.
I got a beautiful porch awning installed and it looks great, my salesperson Jon came out to my home and was amazingly professional and friendly. He showed samples, explained everything and answered questions along with suggestions. My installers were also proficient and great. As I heard them work they were attentive with the measuring and leveling. I would definitely recommend because I really like the fact that Jon came out and not just looked at my house over satellite. I love the in person feel for what I was purchasing.
American Home Concepts did a beautiful job on my living room and dining room floors. Everything from start to finish took less than 3-1/2 hours. The carpet, padding, nails, and tack strips were completely removed and hauled away and my new engineered plank flooring was installed. The guys moved my furniture from one side to the next, then put it back in place when they were done. My flooring was installed 1 week before the estimated arrival time. Casey Calloway was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase and installation. He also gave me his number in case I had any concerns or new projects in mind.
We remolded our kitchen and were blown away by the expert knowledge that was offered to us. From the very first meeting we were made to feel as if we were the only customer and no matter how big or small the job was, our thoughts and ideas were valued. We felt zero pressure and that was the feeling throughout the entire remodel. These folks are so on point with trends yet have the ability to share what design elements are timeless. All workers were respectful and kept the rest of my house clean and tidy. Whenever anyone walks into my kitchen we get the WOW factor.
